I go to the department looking for a Côte-Rôtie, look at the bottles on Wine Advisor, it seems that a bottle at 50 euros is exceptional. I go in the direction of the cash register with a few extras, the person asks me how much was the bottle and answers me: "Oh I also found it strange that you take this one, it is displayed at 120 euros" Uh sorry? Weird of what? Because I'm 23? What do you care if I take one for 120 euros? A manager takes the bottle back told me that it is a grand cru and that it is out of place and that above all it is not its price! In its place ? No label indicated a bottle at 120 euros. So he should have made it to me at that price, that's the rule in business. And hands me a bottle of Côte-Rôtie like one with 3 balls, saying: "It's the same Côte-Rôtie for 45 euros and it tastes the same". Sorry, the same taste? And this whole story without ever having any excuse. You take a basket of 90 euros and you are treated less well than for a bottle with 10 balls, all this because you are surely young. This is the first rule in the luxury sector - upscale, you never judge by appearances.

Not nice, in the mouth of the customer. This is the first time I have seen self-proclaimed advisors ignore the client ... For those who don't dress in a suit, expect a bitter experience from these improvised epicureans. Store to avoid absolutely !!! I highly recommend "my father's cellars".
