Last year I was cruising through Portugal in the little but brave Mitsubishi wagon, when I found out the Commodore bus without anchor was sailing through this country too. It has been amazing journey traveling with this busboat, feeling the absolute freedom of sleeping wherever the waves were guiding us. Pierre is truly an amazing person, full of good energy and with a kind, warm heart. He has been very dedicated to construct this beautiful bus and you can see it.. love is in the details. He can drive through the narrowest streets, he makes amazing hummus and his salads have many ingredients :) I have had the feeling of coming home in the Commodore, and travelers know its a very precious (even rare) feeling. Waking up and going to sleep with the sound of the ocean and the view through my bed window will always stay with me. As will the great surf sessions, the sunset from the terrace, the vibes, the goooood music, the food, the smiles. I recommend this to any freedom dweller and ocean friend! Thank you Pierre, till soon! xx Belgiums big wave mini Malibu charger

I highly recommend spending a few days with Pierre aboard his bus to be guided through pretty spots and discover a new way to enjoy a vacation ... who has ever sunbathed on the roof of a bus? ;)

Amazing and timeless stay in Brittany. Pierre made us feel "at home" from the start. I totally recommend if you need a break or for a bachelor party. In addition, not being an absolute fan of surfing, we took the opportunity to go rock climbing and other outdoor activities nearby! See you next Pierre!

Time stops when you are on the bus! The welcome from Pierre, the founder-host-driver, the comfort of the bus, the beautiful encounters and the magic of sleeping in wild places make a stay at the CommodoreHostel a parenthesis of timeless happiness. Thank you @Timothee for the delicious meals! I recommend and I will gladly get back on board the CommodoreHostel.

“Surfing, fresh fish, mint tea, nature, friends, party… And so goes life. The antithesis of the metro-work-dodo, like the impression of living in a myth of inverted Sisyphus, where putting on and taking off the combination becomes the happiest of punishments. The Commodore? Your best move of the year, say Moroccan camel ”.
