Love the dogs they are beautiful

Really very disappointed by the lack of friendliness of the saleswoman and at the checkout during my last purchase ... I was surprised at this change in this store where usually the employees are warm, polite and helpful towards its customers. .. pity

I buy a dog toy to slide an edible stick in for scaling dog teeth. On the packaging we see a Labrador. Good thing it's the breed of my 7 month old dog. Result of the races the toy did 5 minutes without exaggeration. I go back to the store to explain my problem and the answer was to tell me that it was not suitable for my dog. Not to have that slab. I did not expect it to last for years but 5 minutes or 4 euros per minute is abused.

Neat store, very well stocked. The staff are competent, attentive to customers and very friendly. I bought a necklace and a beautiful medal engraved on the spot for my dog.
