Do you receive well over 3 times the rent? Have you both been in cdi for more than 10 years? Civil servant? Sorry your file was not accepted. Do not waste your time with this agency whose criteria we do not understand. The others are doing much better.

Very serious and professional agency. We have been a tenant for 9 years with the KERHUON IMMOBILIER agency. While the other agencies of the commune had refused our file, Mr. REBOURS accepted it. During these 9 years of rental, we had some breakdowns, Mrs. BEON, always brought in quickly competent craftsmen. My security deposit was refunded very quickly. This is an agency that I recommend to those around me.
