Voyages Leclerc

No consideration of the client following COVID 19, we are pigeons. Our honeymoon (March 13 to 29, 2020) was cut in half. On the spot and on our return no information from Voyages Leclerc, even today 2 months later, we have received nothing. Before leaving, I had expressed my concern following government announcements and was told not to worry. We were left in the dark and when I ask for accounts and a possible refund, the answer is "you are hundreds or even thousands in this case !!! Basically, we don't care !!

We would have done better to book it directly on the internet, to save time, save money and have a view of all the offers. But with a gift card we have no other choice than to go there. Our counselor, who is correct, was perfectly incompetent, after losing us on several destinations we returned to our first idea and only a quote to propose and signed (error on our part ). Better offers seen on the internet. Watch out for some advisor! Unfortunately after a look at the reviews I am not the only one to have experienced the same situation.

I took advantage of a Disney deal with 5% more credited on the map leclerc very nice I did not find better price level elsewhere the table of prices according to the dates was very clear. The person explained me well the operation and was nice. On the other hand no ticket to wait for two sides to sit there was a lot of people when I went I had only 3 people before me and I waited more than 1 hour for us to take care of me. Revisit can be a system like the restaurant people can go in the gallery time to wait their turn it would be much less frustrating because we felt the annoyance of other customers ...

As much as the trip was nice (15 days in peaks in August) as we would have done better to book directly through the internet, to save time, energy and maybe even money. Our adviser, moreover correct, was completely incompetent and ignorant about the destination: no advice, no listening, and a deep misunderstanding of the trip she was selling. Being myself commercial, I find it shocking. Admittedly, you pay less than other travel agencies, but I would have preferred to spend a few more euros to get the real advice of a real professional.
