What about "customer service". When I went to find out about a Rolex watch, I received an unworthy welcome from the brand. Here we were content to send me through the traditional waiting list. However there are ways to do it and here other than making you feel like you are the "millionth" to want the same watch, I haven't found anything to justify trusting my money. Not the only official retailer of the brand and the other is much more welcoming!

Supposedly "luxury jewelry" one of the worst I have seen in my life! Very poor reception when not a customer in the store and supposedly professionals I still laugh! Honestly, I preferred to go and buy my rolex from the competition, at least they are professional! I strongly advise against avoiding !!!!

Only one feeling ... disappointment ... Confinement requires, I contacted them by internet, I was called back very quickly. Looking for a very specific watch, the seller contacted me on Tuesday ... miracle he will return one in the days to come ... I leave myself a day of reflection, he tells me no worries, I work two days weeks, I'll call you back on Friday ... Friday no call, I contact him ... he tells me that the famous watch may be sold ... he doesn't really know ... he says look at what 'he can do and call me back Tuesday ... a long weekend of waiting .... finally Tuesday arrives no call, I contact him again ... he confirms that the watch is sold ... but that he can quickly get one maxi early 2021 .... I have a big doubt, this watch is sold on the waiting list at all other retailers ... waiting list of at least 1 year .. Conclusion, to be avoided, lack of seriousness, responsiveness ... in short, professionalism.
