Flee as long as you can !! I consulted Dominique Colbus in a real estate litigation case and I had the misfortune to give him copies of documents from my file. Three days after this consultation, supposedly free, I contacted the study to let them know that I wanted to entrust my file to another very serious firm. There was no fee agreement established with the study .. nevertheless Maître Colbus did not hesitate to send an invoice, without explanation, three months later !! My requests for justification remained a dead letter and Maître Colbus transmitted the invoice to the president of the bar, who of course defended his colleague. Obviously the president of the Court of Appeal considers that a first meeting is chargeable => it is written on the conclusion of the Court of Appeal of Metz. I am a trader and all my quotes / meetings are free but justice messina does not care; we don't live in the same world. In conclusion, I invite you to think carefully before setting foot in this gentleman who knows the maneuver.
