GMF Assurances DAX

In 2019 I contracted all my contracts, vehicles and housing at the GMF. What an ordeal !! Unfortunately I had an electronic claim in September 2019, reimbursed in January 2020 after a permanent fight. In February 2020, I therefore asked my credit mutuel bank advisor to terminate all my contracts, she wrote 4 times without the acknowledgments of receipt being returned, the contracts had to be closed in June 2020, after several withdrawals rejected I I'm still fighting with GMF. When you go to the Dax office, we tell you that we have to write to us, when you write to Dax, the head office writes to you and if you telephone we tell you that we will call you back because it is impossible to have them directly so, I called 4 times and I still have not been called back. It is harassment, incompetence and dishonesty.

The platform is of very poor quality, we have to make several calls, in order to end up with an unpleasant person who sometimes hangs up on you.
