Unreliable and dishonest company: underestimation of the volume to be moved, refusal to re-evaluate a second time despite our insistence, too small / insufficient vehicles on the day of the move, proposal of the manager to take care of the remaining articles and to deliver them during a next imminent passage, delivery only 3 months later - on condition of paying 160 euros extra, delivery made but partly broken, damaged and incomplete !! ... refusal of reimbursement on the grounds that his insurance does not take the damage in charge, but proposal of "commercial gesture" of 150 euros (far from the value of the deteriorated articles and the damage), to date - 6 months later - missing articles still not delivered, no refund, and no communication. Deplorable!
