Super great customer service. Stopped in to look around and got an impromptu fitting of a dog coat for our corgi. Wonderful!

I've been a regular at Animalis while I set up my terrarium and found the staff to be friendly, interested and extremely helpful. They have a great range of products covering a wide variety of pets from reptiles to the fluffy bunny rabbit. Not sure I agree with the live animals but they all look healthy and happy and I've enjoyed many little chats with their parrot. I would recommend them and if you take out a loyalty card you'll see the benefits, my last purchase was reduced by £6, a plus in my book.
