Very bad advisers, whether for investments or for day-to-day operations. Very rude and incompetent. Only the lady at the reception seems to be courteous in this bank.

In a nutshell to judge this banking establishment "incompetence" that's all is said. The rating of a star is obviously lacking, for my part there would be nothing at all.
