I went there for a hair removal treatment (first time at their place), I only ask for one thing, hair removal between the 2 eyebrows but no, Madame does not hesitate to use tweezers to remove some a little on the edges when I did not want ... Despite a very nice store disappointed with this and the wait without paying attention to us.

I go into the store to ask for just one thing at the checkout, the previous customer took 3 hours because she was at the checkout without having taken what she needed in short, that's not the point. In my turn change of cashier I find myself facing the manager it seems to me this was not the first time that I had dealt with her (I had already hesitated to leave a message because I was really not kind to customers especially since I'm not the boring type, change jobs!), already 3 hours to not even have a hello, the customers behind me panicked, I ask for a gift card valid until Dec 14 if it was postponed with the covid she replied no, it is still valid. Ok. Today I'm calling, because where I'm going to go it's open, to make an appointment before the 14th for the reason that I'm explaining to her and she tells me ah no all the cards have been pushed back one months ... Ah good 🙄 thank you very much for this information. So here I do not find it very professional ... This is only my opinion! On the other hand, the one that I had on the phone was really very nice and outgoing, that changes.

Very nice store, staff welcome except the superior, not pleasant and look bad at customers. This no longer makes you want to come back, an opinion shared by relatives.

The layout of the store correct and very clean nothing to say about the quality of the products but the salespeople are not really pleasant it's a shame
