Quality, friendliness, responsiveness, we are particularly satisfied with the services offered by the choice of the queen when we call on their catering service. The dishes are balanced and tasty, special attention to vegetarian formulas is appreciated. I highly recommend !

I have rarely eaten as well as at Mathilde's. I had, in more than two years, to test a multitude of dishes, burgers, sandwiches and cakes of all kinds and never, but really NEVER, have I been disappointed. The explanation is very simple: fresh, local products, original recipes and everything becomes Olympian in the mouth. There are excellent restaurants in Saint-Lô and I do not understand that Le Choix de la Reine was not part of a selection from Routard, Petit Futé, Trip Advisor or Lonely Planet. Where are the real culinary guides who cultivate taste? Thank you to Lydie, too, who runs around all the time to provide great service. Finally, I love having my coffee in a cup with the effigy of Diana or Meghan & Harry. It's the little personal touch that makes me smile. However, the next time you stick the mug on me with Camilla, I'll take a star away from you.

Congratulations to "The Queen's Choice" for the superb performance at our wedding brunch last Sunday. Everything was perfect. The buffet was delicious. The kindness and professionalism of Mathilde and Lydie are also to be underlined. A delicious moment. Well done .... I recommend ..... Thank you
