Wk Toiture

Called several times to make an appointment for a wood stove chimney sweep. 1st call, the person on the phone answers and gives me a "Yeah who is it?" Ok I pass on that and still take an appointment which will be canceled 5 minutes before by sms !! I request a new date of appointment by sms. No response for 1 week. I finally called back and asked for another appointment: the person told me that they did not have their diary in front of them but that they would contact me the next day. I'm still waiting !! Not very professional all that! Anyway, apparently some people don't need to work or maybe the service I requested was not worth it?

2 "forgotten" appointments and another canceled an hour before. All this in a week. I think everything has been said !
