DARTY Saint Lo

Appalling. No customer service skills, out of their depth and at times quite frustrating dealing with them. A feeling of incompetence prevailed through the whole experience. If you need something go to Darty at Avranches - nicer people, better service and extremely helpful.

Magasin bien agencé, seul et unique point positif de ce Darty. Connaissance trop légère des produits, aucun geste pour les livraisons, certain membre de l'équipe sont désagréable au plus au point ( notamment 1 femme ), incapable de remballer 1 produit correctement.... magasin à fuir...

The products are there, the quality / price ratio is there, but there is not much for advice. I have already come for a robot vacuum cleaner, a coffee maker, an SLR camera, an external hard drive etc. And apart from telling me "me or a member of my family to this device" or reading the description sheet there is not much more. So I look on darty's site before going there and when I get to the store I just say what I want.

Lack of stock but in this particular period, it is normal. Staff provide correct information and appear competent

No after sales service. I had to go to Caen to change a device, offered at Christmas, which did not suit me ..... They have Little knowledge of the product .....
