We were received like filthy by the Director of DARTY Epinal, who asks us to find a solution to the fact that a new device does not work. This man is haughty and unprofessional, while his team is really adorable. Too bad, we headed for the competing and joint brand, in which we had staff, smiling, professional and pleasant.

Non-existent commercial. The product you want is not available and you don't know when it will be. Ok but the seller won't offer you another similar product, and has already left when you didn't even have time to ask him a question

Good evening, we had a very bad experience following an order on the internet with a withdrawal from your store. The product (a fridge) was not available, we offered to take another even more expensive but asked for a commercial gesture which we were categorically refused. The sellers have no decision-making power, the store manager is not commercial, moreover we had to wait almost half an hour before someone canceled our order !!
