While the staff make a mistake when purchasing an ink cartridge, they refuse to exchange that same cartridge. Yet all of my company's supplies come from their homes. One less customer !!

Order placed on August 12, ready until September 1 ... 3 errors ... forced to return to the store to exchange 3 notebooks, no longer in stock ... they exchange them and make me pay the difference, i.e. 7 euros and they make me a commercial gesture or 10% is to make fun of the customer 😖

Very satisfied with my visit to this store, I will return.

I place an order by phone, they tell me ok for the next day, I go in store, NOTHING, no one knows. Top communication in this store!
