I hired Mr Giuranna for a dispute concerning me and paid him all of his fees, in advance, as requested. Which represents the sum of 1500 €! However, after a single letter sent by Mr Giuranna, no action was taken in my case. Now after more than 2 years without news, the facts are statute-barred. Good news will you tell me! Indeed, except that "the balance of my fees remains due whatever happens". This means that I spent € 1500 for sending a simple letter and no one wishes to discuss with me a at least partial reimbursement of the "fees" paid. I can imagine how long and tedious writing a letter can be, I also know that a lawyer is not cheap, but all the same ...
