Employees won't do anything beyond what's absolutely required of them. They lost my file and made no effort beyond typing my name into the system. I even had the name of the person who was supposedly handling my file, and all they said was "I don't know someone by that name." No effort to ask around, just told me basically "too bad."

Deplorable service, telephone contact extremely complicated if not impossible. The telephone number indicated is reserved for foreign calls, go figure.! Successfully contacting an advisor is challenging and obviously costs more than a normal call. Unfortunately in France you should not be ill nor need the services of the CPAM for any reason. Really very dissatisfied with their services and this, weighing my words.!

Impossible to have a person on the phone at 3646 but on the other hand their answering machine works for a long time .... a long dialogue which tells you that given the epidemic they are overwhelmed ..... LUCKY we are in October and since March it calmed down .... INCREDIBLE BUT TRUE ..... Dany

It lacks coordination in this paying center! Work stoppage file sent in follow-up letter, then employer certificates sent in the same way. They received the documents well, but they are lost in the twists and turns of their "organization". Everything must be redone. And as, in 2020, they are still not organized to receive emails with attachments, I send everything back by mail hoping that this time a competent person will take hold of my file ...
