Q-Park Saint Nicolas

My vehicle parked in this parking lot was ransacked on 09/18/2020. The final result was a considerable waste of time (filing a complaint, immobilizing the vehicle at the garage, administrative procedures with my insurer) and numerous ancillary costs (transport, deductibles etc.). Despite the manager's failure to ensure the safety of the vehicles parked in his car park, I did not receive any help or compensation from him (reduction in my subscription fees, help in my procedures or support letter).

About twenty vehicles were vandalized in this car park at the end of September 2020. The damage was considerable: broken windows, mirrors and door handles torn off, damaged bodywork, stolen interior personal effects etc. The person responsible for this extensive damage was able to escape quietly without being questioned. The security systems present in this car park, praised so much by the company Q-park, its manager, are totally ineffective. To top it off, Q-park took no responsibility for the owners of damaged vehicles, nor expressed even an ounce of support or consideration.

Being one of the people who had my vehicle vandalized in September, in this parking lot (€ 1,500 in damage and theft) and having suffered the contempt of its manager, I advise you not to leave your vehicle there.

I love this parking in the city center .... easy to enter, secure and you arrive directly to the city center.
