We should think about changing the reception secretary! She speaks very badly takes people high! Moreover I think that at her age she will have to retire if she cannot support people !!

The building is pretty, even the place of its establishment is nice! The usefulness of this place is mysterious otherwise, it looks like people are active behind the scenes but what they really do is ignored. Otherwise friendly and polite staff.
