The salesperson is at the same time nice but he has a judgmental side on his customers which might not please customers.

Super concession and the boss is at the top
On a motorcycle trip, I realize that my pads are out of order. I stop in front of the Daffy store: it is closed. The boss, however, kindly helped me out, and changed my pads, while he was on vacation.
Thank you to him for this very biker spirit!
Following an appointment with the owner of a motorcycle maintained in the dealership. I could appreciate as a novice, the discussion with the seller who is of good advice and very sympathetic. Very unfortunate that the distance cannot allow the maintenance to continue in this store.
