Very disappointed with this store! I have been a customer since the opening of this store 1 or 2 years ago ... I have enjoyed going there a lot since the end of confinement, I had a pleasant welcome from the team, always smiling and ready to advise us. For several weeks I have noticed a change of team, I gave myself several tries before giving myself a negative opinion but I came back several times and also today but my experience has gone from positive to negative the team has totally changed ... There is no longer the young man nor the young girl nor the former manager .... a new manager who is much less pleasant and who does not have the knowledge to be able to advise correctly. Despite the fact that the rest of the team remains professional and attentive I will not be returning to this store !!!

This store specializing in animals has an optimal vision to help the customer in his choices. In addition, o sees that the manager of the store knows what she is talking about when it comes to promulgating advice to the customer in order to help the best for the choice of our four-legged friends on (we are not going to lie difficult to navigate with all its choices of brands of croquettes ... 😵).
