To flee! More than 4 days to make a "provisional" diagnosis following a motorway breakdown, a final bill blown up and sent by email without any explanation (their goal being certainly to make money off the backs of tourists), no kindness or arrangement possible on the part of the reception. Only the professionalism and kindness of the person who towed us on the highway raises the level of this sordid experience!
