I took an appointment online for the next hour for my 14 year old daughter, super convenient. Reception a little on the fly: We go to the reception, the hairdresser takes her with her without inviting me to follow her and without asking me for recommendations, As I also had my son that the salon was crowded with covid recommendation I did not dare to follow it. The cut was not bad but the little one was a little disappointed because she asked for a gradient that she did not have. Not bad but next time I ask to stay nearby without being surprised. However, I understand that the circumstances influence the reception.

I am very disappointed because I had old wicks on a root of at least 10 cm! so big bar! i asked for an ombre on my base root and they decided to break up all my blonde with strands of my base all over the hair! result of the races I have brown hair with still some beige wicks because I also had a beige patina to break my blonde! my husband thinks it's gray !! and I see blue reflections! nothing to do with a shadow !! I wanted a basic root with 2 tones less over a few inches and clear ends and not just erase my locks! I had to ask them to break my bar because after drying it was still present. They gave me three big wicks which can be seen in the photo! 1 hour more for a result that does not represent a shadow at all. First photo my shadow! and the second is what I wanted! a real shade !!!!!! In addition, it was my birthday month and as I did not receive an SMS she did not give me the 15% while I have had my hair there since 2015!
