Crèche Maison De La Petite Enfance

I went there to get information on occasional guards. I had an appointment at 8:30 am, I arrived on time but at reception I was told that the manager was not there. I am told to wait in the entrance chairs or outside. I wait 10, then 20 minutes. The lady at the reception comes to see me to tell me that the director was in fact gone to buy trash bags, it was necessary and urgent, that it will not be very long. I tell her good she has an excuse I understand at the limit I tell myself I want to excuse it. Finally the director shows up at 9:00 am. The host lady tells her that her 8:30 am meeting is here. She pouted apparently she didn't remember her date. And she tells him I don't have time I have to go unload my car she doesn't say it softly she says it loud enough so that I can hear her. She barely looks at me barely says hello and she walks through a door to the side. Neither a pardon nor an excuse me, nor she comes to see me. I am shocked I want to leave. Obviously I know at this time that I would never put my children there. The lady at the reception kindly told me to go see the assistant manager on the 2nd floor. I want to leave but I come for information I want to understand the documents that the nurseries ask for in cases of occasional custody and I have a number of questions and my husband has to ask for hours at his work to take care of the children so that I come to this damn meeting. I go upstairs I go to the assistant director's office she can see that I'm tense I explain to her what has just happened she tells me no, the director hasn't arrived, it must be someone else. I insist she insists. And finally I'm right during the interview, the director comes back casually ... and the assistant director continues as if nothing had happened. The interview lasts maybe 1 hour. The assistant manager picks up the phone to answer without apologizing we are in the middle of a conversation. It seems to me the least politeness to apologize when you pick up the phone. At this moment I tell myself where I fell. I got the info that interested me and I left it is obvious that I would never set foot there again.
