We were very disappointed with the delivery of this company. First, the organizer arrived with 20 minutes late. His outfit was neglected (stained jacket). He lacked tact with the family. The procession was dispatched, at a running pace. Access to the cemetery was restricted, all doors had not been opened. The environment of the concession was like a building site (tools and clothes hanging over the grave). The chosen music has not been broadcast.
Finally, we would have appreciated that the organizer consults us when to receive the condolences at the end of the ceremony. We had the resentment of having a sloppy civil burial ...
