Annexx, keeps furniture and storage box

Very well taken care of by the young man at the reception. However extremely disappointed when I returned the box in mid September! During the contract, I am told the first month offered without obligation. However, when I submit my notice and move my box, a woman calls me at noon to tell me to clear the box before 1 p.m. otherwise it would be billed until Monday (it was a Saturday). I had until 11 p.m. to release him. So I paid for the month of September but left before the end of the month. So I had a refund that had to be pro-rated. I ask the same person Vanessa, when is he due for reimbursement? She tells me that it takes two months of commitment to qualify for the free month! It was not what I was told when I subscribed to the box! False advertisement? And to avoid repaying me, the famous person invoiced me after I had left the premises! And finally I call the head office twice, which does not take my "complaint" into account. I haven't had any feedback or calls. I am therefore obliged to leave this review! Too bad because the site is good and the young man is at the top! I want to stress this.

I have changed boxes 3 times at Annexx (Perpignan) for 10 years. By dint of sorting, now I have a very small box. I would like to thank the man at the reception who reserved furniture storage for me weeks in advance to have the choice during my annual visit to Perpignan. He was very accommodating. If I did not put 5 stars, it is because the rates are very expensive in my opinion. Although I have a good experience at Annexx, I will try to find it cheaper.

We feel safe whatever the hour. 3 ° Operation: Trolley available, freight elevator and advice. It's perfect. Despite my small budget, I will not change the storage location and the advertising to my entourage.
