Very angry !!!! 10:30 am Perpignan police station - paid parking of course, minimum € 1 ... result for a 30 minute complaint I pay until 4:40 pm. When I go out at 11:30 am I tell myself that I will make someone happy with my ticket ... When in doubt with the new parking meters, I speak with the lady who is already putting in tickets (lady obviously hired by a private company in view of her outfit). According to her, "the patches of tickets are verbalizable since the plates are on the tickets". My ticket is paid and my place will remain empty from 11:30 am to 4:30 pm ... I do not see how it is a patch! From my point of view it is they who are going to make a patch by cashing several cars on the same place at the same hours! This new parking system takes us for idiots! We should have suspected when they told us the table to support that the rates were not increasing ... while we can easily verify the opposite at each parking meter in the city! A concrete and above all fair answer would be welcome !!!
