To read ..... very serious. My child having had an appointment taken in the name of his mother, not bearing the same surname, my son was refused the appointment by the secretary, the latter after insisting that the appointment concerned him because urgent case, annoyed she ends by asking the doctor, who confirms this famous appointment. Injured in her ego, she outright threatens my son that this will be the last time he comes to his office. Unless I am mistaken, it is against the ethics of medicine and even deserves a letter to the order of physicians. This is unacceptable, even serious. the 3 stars of course go for the doctor to whom his reputation is well established, too bad his image is poorly conveyed by such incompetence of his employee. I think there are some things that need to be reviewed at reception before a high profile incident that I experienced a short time ago occurs again. My respects to you doctor, you are perfect. Doctor Favier, very kind and competent, takes the time to explain his various health concerns to his patients. However, secretary Marie Hélène squarely sends patients to the phone and to the office which is a shame!

A serious doctor! But a pitiful welcome by the secretary. busy on the phone talking about his private life. the secretariat takes appointments to refuse them!
