I had an appointment in the evening at 17:30 with my two children. One having an ear infection, the other for a prescription for posturology. I work so I am arriving in 7 minutes late to the office !!! When I arrived, a patient present in the waiting room asked me if he could pass before me for an order. I accepted that this person spends in front of me. His talks lasted 5 minutes. When my turn came, the doctor told me that I had arrived too late, and therefore took the arrival person after me. My kids were tired and sick. My 2 year old was suffering ear, who is asthmatic, and prone to illness, I did not understand the doctor's decision. I think before thinking about the yields and money, it would be good to look after the health of these patients and their well being. This doctor is anything but compassionate. To avoid!!!!

Under the pretext that he is not my doctor while mine was on vacation, how can I be told that he is not my spare wheel !! Living in Peyrestortes ...... why go to Rivesaltes ?? At a time when the medical staff is on strike, it would be better to do the same or change jobs if he does not want to work! Fortunately I'm not coming agonizing! Poor con !!!

I do not think we had to meet the same doctor as the person calling us Boutique. This doctor is not only competent but available. He has a humor sometimes a little corrosive but so true! What makes some people do not like it is that he hates sick nicknames who come for work stoppages or those who arrive with their list of drugs as if they were going to the mall. He wants people to be correct, on time! I do not see what can be blamed for this kind of attitude. I'm more than 25 km round trip to keep this doctor and it is not easy sometimes to have an appointment but he always manages to keep a small niche late at night! So I say thank you Doctor!

Very good doctor who listens to his patients.
