Incompetent Doctors. If you don’t speak french, no chance. Unbelievable

I don't understand why they don't tell patients about visiting hours. I went and they kicked me out ... they didn't even want to suffer the bag with the stuff for a patient ... shame !! And the staff was doing nothing !!!

Clinic with top-notch organization, this can be felt at all levels. The staff are welcoming, reassuring and above all smiling. The doctors are nice. They are effective and you feel that no one is under pressure.

Very disappointed the doctors wrote on my Radiology report that I had the covid ?????? Without analysis but it did not bother them and no explanation the radiologist believed to understand that I had had the covid ???? . I was sent by my attending physician by ambulance and they had to take care of me for the return trip. Once again I suffer from the odds but they answer me: we are controlled by the security ??? I didn't ask for a favor. I really need it. Very disappointed with the responses of the doctor and the secretariat for a so-called mutualist clinic. Limit if I did not disturb them ... bad day and not human enough for my taste.

Doctor Rousseau's secretary calls you at 8 a.m. for more information on the appointment request by email, I answer him wait I look in the file, because I do not walk all day with my report in the hand !!!!
