Ordered a pair of boots which have been discontinued elsewhere- long wait for delivery to find that the leather suppliers have changed and the boots are a completely different design. Responses from the shop can take days, and if they reply, they are dismissive. They are currently refusing to pay for return postage for an item that wasn't as described.

Underground customer service! I have ordered a pair of shoes in size 39, which despite the correct size about 6 cm are too big! Then I wanted to return the product and also get the, not to be underestimated, amount reimbursed. After more than a week waiting for an answer from the customer service, I only received a link to a "swap items" item for which I was supposed to pay another 40 euros, although I did not even hint at wanting to exchange the product. Absolute impudence !! Apart from the fact that it seems impossible to get a detailed answer in English. Not to be recommended !!

1st purchase for me very happy advice, product and on the delivery time. I recommend for myself!
