Lacoste

Very surprised by some opinions, I consider myself a loyal customer of Lacoste and in particular of this shop (this is where I go when I do not order on the internet). The staff are always very welcoming and helpful. The manager or even the trainees inform you very well about the availability in store. Always very pleasant even when we go to withdraw orders placed on the net. The store may have been able to take more precautions given the pandemic which is completely normal. I don't put 5 stars because the store is small and badly located, it is better that it is in the middle of the city center and a little bigger to accommodate more items.

The team is very professional and qualified to help you find what you are looking for in the store. I absolutely recommend for the seriousness and friendliness of the staff.

A loyal customer for years, I can only regret the deterioration of the reception in the store. In the absence of the manager, a young saleswoman provides advice. I find his manners very abrupt for the brand. The first time I was ordered to wait at the entrance of the store for her to disinfect my hands. Normal procedure but your to review. When trying on a polo shirt, I put it on top of the cabin curtain, a curtain that hadn't been cleaned in a long time because of the long black mark left on it. This Saturday I showed up at the door to buy a polo shirt. Since the morning at 9:00 am - store closed therefore - a sign reads "full store" and another "maximum 7 people". Without even greeting or moving the same saleswoman shows me from the other end the door. I'm looking for what she wants to show me. "Complete store". I count: 5 people inside. I make a sign saying that I don't understand. The saleswoman turns her back on me. To the manager: I will be happy to come back when the welcome is again as warm as the one you give yourself. In the meantime you have lost a client.
