Le Jardin des Sambucs

Beautiful, quirky, peaceful, inspiring. This garden has inspired my own gardening more than any other. It isn't large, but there is plenty to see, a lot of water and many cool, quiet places to sit and relax. Built on many terraces, each step is a voyage of discovery. There are a lot of steps and some of the paths are narrow.

I went there for years but since the girl has taken over the case the human side is not at the rendezvous ... The father was adorable, always nice and attentive, I came many times, brought back lots of friends .... but that's it. In a place like that one expects kindness, she is no longer present ... Too bad because the garden is beautiful (although much less maintained ...) In short, big disappointment to see this garden get lost while I loved it so much ...
