After a first experience where I was sent from counter to counter, queuing each time to abdicate in front of the last line with ten people and leave empty-handed, I told myself that I must have been unlucky. I decided to try my luck again. I would like to point out that I am soon in my ninth month of pregnancy and that staying up for a long time is no longer too much in my capacity. After finding the right counter, I spent 10 minutes on my own waiting. I end up stopping one of the many pharmacists who tells me that I must wait for the herbalist who must be busy. I wait another 10 minutes and here he comes back with a client. There I start to be clearly tired. But he looks at me smiling and making jokes to his client for without exaggerating another 10 min XD (she has had a good follow-up for once) before turning to another lady who has just arrived. I had to become transparent. Another pharmacist arrives and turns to a lady (yet I couldn't be more in front of her eyes) behind me who shows me saying that I was there before, thank you! She goes to find out about the prices, then goes back to get my herbal tea but in fact there is no more XD must be ordered. So I left empty-handed after a 40min wait. I will order elsewhere. This pharmacy is a factory where if you are not able to run after pharmacists people will not come to you. On the other hand, if you want to trigger your childbirth I recommend you ;-)

The worst drugstore in the world - absolutely terrible and dangerous. I visited today because I forgot that there was a holiday today and it was the designated "guard's pharmacy". I have never had such a vile experience in a pharmacy. I was greeted at the prescription counter by a sulky-looking teenager who refused to dispense my medication because she said the prescription was fake. I'm not kidding! I complained and said the situation was ridiculous but she still refused. Another day I would have just gone to another pharmacy, but since all the other pharmacies were closed, I couldn't. I also needed my medicine right away. Imagine what would have happened if I had diabetes and needed insulin but this little child refused to give it? This pharmacy should be closed until it can find more experienced staff. It should also be prohibited to be a guard's pharmacy. Employing high school students at the minimum wage instead of experienced and qualified pharmacists jeopardizes patient safety. If you had a bad experience as well, please feel free to leave a 1 star review so this nasty place can be shut down ASAP.

1. WEBSITE: The site is not user-friendly, we have to restart several times. It takes a long time to order different items. Items ordered and paid for are not eligible for the card. 2. STORE: We live 30 km from Ales, so we only come 4 to 5 times a year and each time all the items are moved. Searching for items therefore takes a long time and the staff are not always helpful.
