Agency to flee I ask for my deposit check since July and she walks me ... makes me pass in the eyes of the owner as a deadbeat, the owner came to ask me why I did not pay my rent since my arrival !!! I had to provide the owner with the traces of payments made to the agency ... so that it can recover its money ... it's the accountant's fault the owner has never received the amount of my rent to pay in full since I entered the premises in April ... we are in December ... I ask for my receipts ditto ... too long to do ... this woman laughs in your face in a haughty tone and sees you take it high frankly run away nothing is honest (addition to his answer) I did not come to taunt her I came to get my receipts, she simply pushed my son with her hands to get him out of the agency and he slammed the door on his back yes yes on his back !!! I have been lodged with a complaint! (I add following the events) I made with pleasure a photo of her response to my complaint: p I'm not fooled she will not get away like that !!! I received my receipt requested in December at the beginning of February (postmarked once 30.01.2020 ...) but only from April to October 2019 ... it is May 22, 2020, she still does not pay the rents that I pay her to the owners, and I still have not received my deposit check ... !!! and don't forget that the FSL is a loan that we reimburse;) !!! (I add following the events) My owners have still not received all the rents we are at the end of August 2020 ... This agency is far very far from being honest and above all without any scruples 😠😡 I also add that during the rental file I provided a large number of invoices for my job (autoentrepreneur) as well as salary sheets otherwise let's be honest she would not have accepted my file ... If I had not had that the "CAF" as it lends it ... And that there was only one check that was refused and that of course it was settled quickly ... Making her clients look bad when she herself does not pay the owners with the money received from the rents and the proof provided to the owners for my good faith ... This agency is really to be avoided they are crooks !!!!!!

I rented a house live with the owner, who decided after a few months that his property is managed by this agency and it was a disaster! Never answer calls or emails despite serious problems and more than legitimate ... it was necessary each time to move to an agency to hear us tell us what we wanted to hear but without any action is not really set up and despite all the letters recommended ... always received without any kindness, to talk to us in a haughty way, cold and without any compassion for all the problems we met in the housing ... do not we never returned our deposit after our departure ... in 2 words: lying and thief! I will have put 0 star but it is not possible ... NEVER VISIT THIS AGENCY !!!!!
