The doctor had treated me when I was a child. I took my children, I had several appointments, the schedule was made and the doctor withdrew from my file on the pretext that my son's file is complex and that he is going to retire. Ditto for my daughter. I can start all over with another orthodentist ...
He has been my orthodontist for over 6 years and I have only a very good memory of the doctor.
A very kind person who does a very good job.
The good lady forgets to mention that she was ten minutes late for her first appointment at my office for her child.
We therefore had the choice between: - botching the latter's meeting;
- putting ourselves late for the afternoon, knowing that I then had long and delicate work to implement.
Having no desire to adopt one of these hypotheses, we simply proposed to the person to postpone the appointment.
This annoyed the person, hence his virulent message.
His message is defamatory and could be subject to prosecution, but I have no time to waste in proceedings.
Secretary very very unpleasant and unlovable.
No tolerance for a cabinet for children is very average, I do not recommend !!!
