Staff very friendly however I did not have any at all that I had asked. I wanted a color with "especially no copper or red highlights my husband hates". I chose a chocolate and square dipping on one side only as on a picture shown. I mahogany spring so red and a square not plunging. I made it noticed to my hairdresser by pointing out that it's not like my picture. She replies that it's not good to do exactly like the picture. Brief 105 € for a cut and a color not wanted it's expensive. Not to mention mo.ari who is disgusted. Fortunately a friend had accompanied me to assure my morning that it was not me who asked that ....
