Commerce visited in August. The worst customer experience in a long time. I want a watch to be sized. Disagreeable dark-haired woman (manager?) Who tells me to be "very kind to help me because she doesn't have to do it and other jewelry stores would refuse". This person, when two other customers arrive, starts to grumble again while saying to me this time "I must have seemed rude to you but I am not, I should not even do it because ... and blah blah blah. .. ”. I made it clear that I wanted the watch loose, but it shortens the delivery of a peremptory "this is how you wear it" and turns to the customers who have just arrived. When I get home, I realize that the plastic bag in which she put the small sticks corresponding to the links are lost because the bag is pierced. So I paid 10 € to make me talk in an unpleasant and inappropriate way, to leave with a watch at a size that does not correspond to me and finally to lose part of my bracelet necessary for its setting to the right size this time by a real jeweler .
