Employee's English level is close to 0. I have written email to them to ask them to close my bank account on my behalf since February 2019. After 2, 3 emails, they stopped replying to me. It has been 1 year and I still can not close my account + I may need to pay extra money for bank fee and house insurance. Update: The bank employee finally replied to my email. My bank account has been closed within 1 day.

Too bad we can't put 0 stars ... A lack of professionalism and a total amateurism of the employees !!! Even a 4 year old child would be better able to respond to your requests. The icing on the cake, letters sent by registered mail to the agency simply lost internally !!! and yes we hit rock bottom!

Incredible incompetence, terrible communication, too many mistakes to take them for professionals. Very disappointed with the customer relationship! Especially if you have a request, you have to call every day for it to be done, because the files do not happen between them and in the end nothing is done. I had never seen this in a bank. Do not go to their place or to another agency!

Both the worst banking experience and the worst customer experience I have ever had to date. Their non-professionalism should be cited as a counter-example in all banking agencies in France ... Above all, never set foot there!
