Agency listening to nothing at all! Advisors who do not advise at all and apart from telling us that they are taking our request into account ... do absolutely nothing ... And even when we leave this bank following their incompetence, a year later we are still fighting to be able to close the accounts because nothing is ever done on time ... It's a shame for the savings bank which has good agencies elsewhere but this agency is totally to be avoided!

No respect. I asked to change agency 10 times at least, without result. Be careful if you have several accounts, if you forget even one hour to complete the current account, you collect colossal amounts and sends you a mail well insulting and disrespectful. We entrust our money, it is normally up to them to respect the customers and not the customers to be terrorized by the bankers.

An agency with advisers who take their customers for fun. No sense of human contact and in my opinion a little too much TV because when you are told that it is not possible to withdraw money from his book without authorization from his banker who is in another agency in Lille or refuse to take 1200 € in cash to put it on the account that is in this agency without proof because they do not want to be complicit in money laundering traffic. That's what I'm told when I asked them why they refused to take the few 50 20 and 10 euro bills to put on my daughter's account. So I say that these people should perhaps change direction (maybe comedian) to no longer play with people.

No check deposit slip. The agent did not agree to take my check, he told me to go elsewhere ... He saw the branch on which he is sitting!
