No problem ! When I call it goes off the hook. As soon as there is a problem, it is settled quickly (within 24 hours max). No problem understanding the file explanation or even at the document level. I don't understand the previous comments!

Staff who do not shine their skills especially the director who allows himself to hang up on customers when he disagrees. The bank was much better managed a few years ago. The Lille Gambetta team is damaging the reputation of a large bank in which I had basic confidence. Prefer another agency if you can.
