My partner has had her accounts at BNP Paribas since her childhood. Everything was going well but for 4 years, the relationship has changed. "Flying" advisers no longer provide personalized follow-up at all and regular changes in contacts do not help matters. The worst being at Ronchin's agency. Indeed, relationships are strained with customer service that no longer has any value. After that, my partner decided to leave the bank and it was then that everything accelerated. She had to maintain her account for several months for the maturities of a loan. Between exorbitant bank charges and systematic agios without warning, we contacted the agency to have a mediation or a customer gesture or simply an explanation. During the last call, the advisor told us that he clearly didn't care about customer dissatisfaction and that it was too bad for us. A real disaster! Run away !

Bank like any other. I had good follow-up and customer service until our advisers came and went. Mrs. so-and-so is no longer here it will be Mrs. so-and-so, oh finally Mrs. so-and-so left it will be so-and-so but he is not there, then finally it becomes Mrs. so-and-so number 1 who never contacted me again. It’s really a shame where the star is missing. We would like to be customers and not just bank accounts!

The bank for a changing world. Rather the bank that makes you want to change banks. 3 months to close a mortgage And accounts still open to this day. A real disaster.
