Unpleasant staff, mediocre welcome despite having been a good customer for 5 years. Flemme of carrying out certain operations whereas other agencies of the same city take them into account immediately, in short, the management of this agency is ... weird. Courage 💪

I've been without my bank card for almost forty days, after having renewed it and changed banks (something that I regret by the way) and when I go to this bank, I am asked to send emails, I sent emails, calls, I went through it all. The first time I get my card I try it, on site it works the next day, by filling a caddy at Auchan, arriving at the cash desk, I insert the card, it does not recognize me, I call the bank, I am told that it is blocked by computer, twenty days after this incident, I go to the bank today, I find my second card, I try to activate it, it does not work, code change error, and the worst is that there is nobody who will do something concrete to the customers, I ask the girl who is at the reception to do something, return to the old tape, you have to send an email to your advisor sir. Cursed day, the day I decided to change banks, I was in Wattignies no worries since 2016, easy to reach, to listen and above all they receive their client to do something, not to get rid of it in them asking to send mail, which is never taken into consideration.

Rather unkind, my sister and I were poorly received by a man visibly unwilling to help his clientele. Our cards were blocked by our bank in the oise we had more means of payment and had to go in this agency to obtain a withdrawal on our accounts. However this man did not want to do it and even treated his "incompetent" accomplices in short a lazy, unkind man who prefers to stay behind his computer rather than come to the service of customers who show up.

Hello, No concern for me, after customers tend to express their opinions only when they are dissatisfied, this is what in my opinion justifies the poor rating of the bank.
