I have been in this bank for more than 40 years and I have never had to regret it ... Whenever I have had contacts by phone, mail or at the agency, I have always been dealing with helpful and attentive people and looking for customer satisfaction above all else! This is why I am surprised at these negative opinions and that I wanted to give my opinion because it is true that we are often quicker to give it when we had a bad experience than the opposite ... That's all there is to it ....

Deplorable! 40 minutes of waiting, no one comes to see us while the advisers are in the offices from where we hear them laughing between them, they look at you but let you wait, I never saw that anywhere !! I want the afternoon is on appointment but in this case do not allow free access if no one comes to inform the reception! A person was also waiting, appointment at 14:00, at 14:30 he left saying that you lose a new customer. Welcome to more than see again!

This agency has changed the way it works, it receives its customers by appointment in the afternoon and offers a cash service in the morning only. This allows counselors to spend more time and be more attentive and available to provide real added value It should also be said that the basic operations (withdrawals, deposit transfers oppositions and even making appointments by going directly on the agenda of my advisor) can be easily achieved by the online applications offered by this bank and do not require to permanently mobilize a person. I also have the email and the number of direct line of my adviser (I leave him a message and he reminds me) any change may upset our habits, but frankly I do not understand the opinion of the person who preceded me. You have to live with your time and stop being assisted by taking care of yourself
