I went yesterday to open a bank account. The advisor was very welcoming and very nice. He explained everything in details and made sure that I understood everything he said and everything that I'm signing for. I'm happy to be one of their clients.

I am lebanese and i wanted to open a bank account since i am going to study in france. It was a horrible experience. I wanted to ask questions when she discovered i am lebanese she totally refused to answer my questions. And she repetitively saying we have an "embargo" on Lebano. You are not allowed to open an account here. You will not. Total descrimination.

Catastrophic services, no business sense! Incompetent advisor who does not know how to exchange via e-mail! (response time to an e-mail is more than a week !!) At each request, you are referred to another branch (the last one was for a cashier's check, I was told it was better to go to the Solferino branch ...) Without forgetting the multiple reminders for a single step. All this to tell you that the day you need your banker bah you will notice all these things, Besides, I don't know how I was able to stay 8 years with them 🥴

After a difficult start due to certain obsolete LCL real estate loan contracts relating to interest rate calculations (the rue Nationale agency is not involved) and resolved in court, our current adviser, M.TASSIN, is particularly diligent: efficient, attentive and responsive! The discussions are fruitful and he knows how to intervene wisely! Just for that, I recommend the agency. You can grumble when necessary, but also recognize personal qualities.
