I can only confirm the various opinions expressed. I took nearly 10 months to close my account after reminders (simple letters, RAR letters, visits to the counter, pleas, threats ....). lack of confidentiality, waltz of interlocutors, unpleasant people, costs of "management" (in fact they manage what? I wonder). Worst ? There's no.

I do not even remember the facts and interactions between me and the agency that have only proven incompetence, between unnecessary and unwarranted fees and attempts to sell you products or loans "exceptional" with € 50 administration fee, but last, I order a checkbook on August 13, and the 31, still nothing in the mailbox. By cons for you take euros they are responsive. This bank is a joke, I will end up turning to a bank online at no cost.

If you don’t need anything: don’t hesitate, they’ll be there for you. I called my advisor on December 3 to ask him a question: he calls me during the day ... I called him back on January 2 for the same question and same answer but still no news from him ... all this for a renegotiation request for this mortgage approved in October and still not implemented in January. I thank you for the other inconveniences with them: 5 changes of advisers in as many years, lack of response, lack of responsiveness except for the costs unfairly deducted from your accounts. In short to flee as long as you can !!!

My advisor Mrs. J seems to live in a cave. She does not answer emails and can not remember when you call and she says "she'll call you right after". Yet in interview she is very nice, but that's not enough .... I was very happy with the bank before .... with other people. I change agency without having answered my questions for 1 month. And yet I raised again often. And this is not the first subject that trailed for 4,5,6,8 weeks! I'm still waiting for an answer. I do not doubt a second of the bank, its services, but it is necessary that your interlocutor answers you. 1 year is 12 months if every time it takes 2 months to do something ......

Banking establishment to be avoided! No professionalism or rigor. 2 changes of advisers in 3 years, and each time no file transmission or information warning the clients concerned. Bank charges which do not justify the service. Afterwards, the advisor is surprised that we are going to online banks ...
