If you don’t need anything: don’t hesitate, they’ll be there for you. I called my advisor on December 3 to ask him a question: he calls me during the day ... I called him back on January 2 for the same question and same answer but still no news from him ... all this for a renegotiation request for this mortgage approved in October and still not implemented in January. I thank you for the other inconveniences with them: 5 changes of advisers in as many years, lack of response, lack of responsiveness except for the costs unfairly deducted from your accounts. In short to flee as long as you can !!!

Client at the Banque Populaire for 20 years, I go into the bank to deposit a check. The adviser is on the phone with a client and seems very friendly. However once the telephone hung up the advised does not fail to criticize the customer OPENLY. This is a good illustration of how the People's Bank takes care of its customers! +1 point for my departure from an online bank!

A client for several years, I keep seeing the level of this agency deteriorate, with less and less competent and invested advisers, and nonexistent directors. In recent months there is definitely more pilot on the plane: two directors in 4 months, long absence of the adviser Mr. Vanlerberghe not replaced, then replaced by Mr. Djeraf completely ineffective. And the seat does not seem to take the measure of the catastrophic situation of this agency.

With the arrival of Mr Vanlerberghe as financial advisor I am much more satisfied with my bank. This is very responsive to the various problems encountered (repatriation from abroad following an accident, among others). It's nice to know that we have someone to listen to us and to count on.
