Ineligible Special trip for my daughter from the Paris region, to come to the coffers with me. However, Saturday morning the safes were in maintenance !!!!! Nobody warned you, no indication on the site. And, moreover, I had to postpone my departure abroad. For security reasons, my papers are in the safe. More and more disappointed with this agency, because more the advisers are incompetent, they do not know how to solve the problems (impossible to access the documents made available to you in the new version of the account)

L incompetence at its height !!!! Unable to pick up the phone, they no longer know how to answer an email. Solicited for a mortgage. Unable to give the monthly payments before the 1st debit ... the advisor is never there. It changes every 6 months and in addition they are haughty! Change of bank as quickly as possible and now that we have to terminate there is no one left ... we've been trying since March ... last attempt today before going higher!

No one, no one, no one. I have been a client for a very long time (about 12 years), I was lugged from agency to agency without ever being asked my opinion (I was first in Montebello, then I was suddenly changed , I don't even know why), my advisor changed so many times that I couldn't even say how many different I had, it was the big turnover every 6 months ... not to mention all the costs that add up for everything and anything ... In the end I (finally) decided to leave this deplorable bank for good: no way to get an appointment with an advisor, no way to get a answering emails or having someone on the phone. Really zero at zero, luckily I called on another bank (that of my wife, in this case) for my mortgage.

Incompetence of the litigation department. Incompetence of the customer relations department. Make legal protection work when dealing with these "professionals". Maybe they will know how to work properly. No answer to calls.

New client: 8 months to unlock 2 real estate loans, wrong unlocked amounts, non-compliance with the word given, solicitations for useless products (not based on customer need), very poor and non-ergonomic mobile application .. . Customer service that responds alongside ... I won my case with the mediator, and I left immediately. In short, the bank that stayed in the 80s ...
